Christian worship is irreducibly Trinitarian. We come to the Father, through the Son, in the Holy Spirit. Yet it is possible to confess the Trinity in doctrine while scarcely noticing the triune shape of our worship. This earlier reflection asks a simple but searching question: when Christians gather before God, do we actually remember the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit whose life and grace make Christian worship possible?
